Why is the release notes url almost always wrong in these announcements?
The url stevepowell posted works, so use that.

I have to download the full package each time just to get ZendX (specifically jQuery).
I don’t know if I’m the only one doing that but maybe you could include "extras" in the minimal package to avoid all that wasted bandwith ? (i’m not even sure why it’s not in the base library)
