Zend Framework 1.9.5 Released

The Zend Framework team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of
the 1.9.5 release. This release is the fifth maintenance release in the 1.9
series, and includes almost 30 bugfixes, many of them from this month’s bug
hunt days.

The changelog has now been fixed; the API in JIRA (which is how we generate the list) was modified with our recent upgrade, and as such broke our scripts. All is now working.

Thank you for next release!
But IMHO, Zend Framewirk release process is too fast and don’t has enough quality control. May be it is a time for remember gold rule – "More haste, less speed"?

Why no changes to the tests directory since v1.9.2?

Never mind, apparently I have been using my unzip utility incorrectly. I am able to see the updates to the tests directory now.
Glad to see you guys are NOT pushing hasty updates like one commenter suggested.
