Never mind, apparently I have been using my unzip utility incorrectly. I am able to see the updates to the tests directory now.

Glad to see you guys are NOT pushing hasty updates like one commenter suggested.

  2. jshpro2 Says:

Why no changes to the tests directory since v1.9.2?

    Thank you for next release!
But IMHO, Zend Framewirk release process is too fast and don’t has enough quality control. May be it is a time for remember gold rule – "More haste, less speed"?

The changelog has now been fixed; the API in JIRA (which is how we generate the list) was modified with our recent upgrade, and as such broke our scripts. All is now working.
