Zend Platform 3.0 Beta for Windows is released

* Performance Enhancements – including Performance Tuning page
* Dynamic Content Caching Regular Expression Support
* PHP Configuration Control enhancements
* Web Services Enabled
* GUI usability updates

p. Additionally, the following features are now supported in this Windows release (not new features):

*(disc) Session Clustering
* Multi node (cluster) installation
* Memory and Load events are supported in PHP Intelligence

p. Windows x86 XP/2003 are supported on top of IIS / Apache.
This release requires Zend Core 2 (released also today).
