I reckon 90% of people out there would want this - a simple email subscription service that tells you when a new release is available - plenty of other people do it.
Still, looking forward to trying out 1.6
They have a great RSS feed for exactly for this. ;-)
All major software projects worth their weight have email announcement lists, why should we adhere to a different set of rules for Zend and check an RSS feed?
I have to agree with jdunmore. Although I visit this site quite often, it typically seems that a new release is made available at times when I don't visit for a few days. As was already stated, a simple email notification would be great. I'd rather not have to poll...and since I love to see new updates to ZF, finding out that it's been out for a few days is quite annoying.
