Hi, don't know if you will see this but I like to tell my story of PayPal. I used to be a PayPal lover, starting from the $5 referral bonus and the IPN feature. But now I'm tired of PayPal. I have developed a website selling digital goods (online game cards) for overseas Chinese and now after several years' work, it has reached a normal 10K US dollars revenue per month - yes, it's small to paypal but important to me. But suddenly, my paypal was limited for unknown reason. I have provided over 20 pages of faxed documents including my provider and order information, my bank, credit card, utility bills....everything you asked and I could, but still after almost one week, no response from the review department yet. I would be willing to discuss every transaction of my paypal sales and I would be glad to discuss every business details face to face. I have joined last year's eBay/PayPal developer conference in Las Vegas and learned a lot from the conference and enjoyed it. But now I'm frustrated with PayPal. I live in Boston and I know this year's conference is in Boston and I would be happy if some one can discuss with me about my paypal account and business to resolve any issues on my account. I hear you are going to be launching a developer certification program. We create computer tutorials www.computer-training-software.com and at present cover topics such as Microsoft and CompTIA certification, we would be very interested in creating some training titles to assist developers to become PayPal certified. If possible would you be able to forward ( using email address on our website ) us a couple of names of people whom you would think are capable of narrating such content.
I read and used your book Pro PayPal E-Commerce to implement an E-commerce application for the air travel industry (selling goods during flight).
I am using php, Zend, this is how I came to you through this forum.
Unfortunately since weeks now I am stuck with a couple of problems
1) Being resident in Italy/Europe, I am unable to purchase additional licenses of payflow pro, which I use in the current application
2) I am unable to get support on recommended (or suggested) banks with whom my company first and my customers then, will open an internet merchant account which will work with the payflow pro based solution.
My customers are in Europe, Germany, UK , Italy, Spain, Greece.
The paypal call center is unable to solve these complex issues.
Can you help me spread the good word about paypal?

PAYPAL LOG IN DROPS AFTER ONLY SECONDS

I am with a group of people helping a non-profit organization enter credit card sales from a fundraiser into the organization's PayPal account. We log in with the organization's user name and password and then try to enter the amount, name, credit card type and number and expiration date, sales tax etc. However, PayPal keeps dropping us before we can fill out the page. That is, when we click the button to review the data we are sent back to the login page. We find we have to try entering data about 6 times before we can complete an entry. We are dropped even when we take only about 30 seconds to fill in a transaction's information. I have tried having PayPal check the data every 10 seconds or so by clicking the review transaction button at the bottom of the page and then entering the unfinished data, but even that method frequently drops us and we have to go back to login. THIS IS ABSURD. PAYPAL HAS INCREASED OUR WORKLOAD BY ABOUT 600%. WE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WERE TOLD BY THE PERSON IN INDIA THAT THE SYSTEM IS WORKING FINE, AND THEN SHE CUT US OFF. I DON'T EXPECT YOU TO DO ANYTHING, BUT I FEEL A LITTLE BETTER NOW THAT I HAVE VENTED. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT THE ORGANIZATION AVOID PAYPAL IN THE FUTURE.

Saw your articles about Paypal and I do have a question.
We are attempting to create recurring subscriptions and use IPN to receive back the status - should this work?
Right now we get back nothing so we have done a work aroud using a post.
If this should work can I send you the data we are submitting for you to checkout?
