Zend Weekly Summaries Authors

Having noticed that _all_ the Zend Weekly Summary headings link to the profile of the person that published them on the DevZone, I think I'd better say something about the other three authors here.

Avi Lewin began the Weekly Summaries on his homepage back in September 2000, the week PHP 4.0.2 was released. Zend liked the idea of a project journal for the PHP runtime. They promptly offered to host the summaries on www.zend.com, to which Avi readily agreed.

Internals developer Zak Greant offered Avi a much-needed break in December 2001, and took over for three weeks. Jan Lehnardt offered the same service in December 2002 and December 2003, and at the beginning of 2004 Avi - whose workload had increased beyond recognition in the intervening years - handed him the torch.

Following some overlap between Jan and myself, I inherited Avi's torch in July 2004.
