Sometime last week, Chris Cornutt over at phpdeveloper.org started listing PHP related jobs. Finding PHP jobs on the web is easy. Finding good quality jobs on the web is a bit more difficult. Speaking from the other side of the table, finding good PHP developers is a real challenge. I know several companies who are actively looking for PHP developers and it seems like nobody can find them. So I’m glad to see Chris over at phpdeveloper.org doing something to help companies connect with programmers.
Here’s a sample listing:
| Hall Automotive Seeks PHP Programmer | |
| Company | Hall Automotive |
| Location | Newport News, VA |
| Title | Mid to Senior PHP Developer |
| Summary | Hall Automotive is looking for a mid level to senior web developer to build an exciting new project. To be considered for this position you will have to meet all of the Must Have’s. You will get special consideration if you have the Nice To Have’s. |

So if you are in the market for a new opportunity, keep an eye on the phpdeveloper.org feed. If you are looking for a developer for your team, drop Chris a note.

I know you have the address in there, but for posts like these linking any URLs is helpful—both for people viewing the site and for the site itself (page rank).
I think it’s a mental block. The last time I wrote about phpdeveloper.org, I forgot the link as well. Thanks for pointing that out.
