On the symfony blog Fabien Potencier has posted about the new “getting started” tutorial that’s been posted for the symfony 1.2 release of the framework.

p. del.icio.us is a social linking site to store web links. Some one afternoon while messing around Zend Framework I had the idea that it might be nice to add my Del.icio.us links to my homepage. This sounds easy enough as Del.icio.us makes available an RSS feed for this purpose. However, there is one problem; Zend_Feed does not seem to be able to parse this particular RSS feed. p. Peter Goodman has posted an interesting little tutorial on his blog titled “Observers and Dispatchers”. Like the recently released “Snakes on a Plane” it deliveres exactly what you would expect. Except the tutorial is actually entertaining, from what I’ve heard, the movie isn’t. Come on on and I’ll give you the rundown on the tutorial. (You’ll have to waste your own money on the movie)
